Inviting Team Members

Red Bricks OS supports multi-user access so your entire team can work from a shared dashboard.

Roles available

  • Admin — Full access to all settings, CRM, analytics, and content management
  • Agent — Access to CRM, contacts assigned to them, email tools, and appointments
  • ISA (Inside Sales Agent) — CRM access focused on lead qualification and task management
  • Viewer — Read-only access to analytics and pipeline reports

How to invite a team member

  1. Go to Admin > Settings > Team
  2. Click Invite Member
  3. Enter their email address and select a role
  4. Click Send Invite

The invitee receives an email with a link to create their account. Once they sign in, they appear in your team roster.

Assign leads to specific team members from the CRM to keep your pipeline organized. Each agent only sees contacts assigned to them unless they have Admin access.

Managing team members

From the Team page you can:

  • Change a member role at any time
  • Deactivate a member without deleting their data
  • View each member activity log (last login, actions taken)

Best practices

  • Give your transaction coordinator Viewer access so they can see pipeline status without modifying data
  • Use the ISA role for virtual assistants who qualify leads but should not access settings
  • Keep the Admin role limited to one or two people on your team
